Revenues for the March quarter were about 22.4% of the restated fiscal year - not bad.

According to First Call all 8 brokers who estimated the March quarter expected the company to break even. For the quarter ended in June ATVI is expected to have a significant loss with a mean estimate of -.22 per share. If ATVI could break-even in the June quarter the company would significantly beat present expectations and which would likely lead to earnings upgrades for the year.

ATVI has plenty of opportunities to cut costs with big increases in Sales and Marketing expenses and in G&A in the March 1998 quarter compared to the March 1997 quarter.
