What if the Zenit 2 launch on June 23 fails? If that happens, then that makes two in a row, which likely would ground the system for 6 months or more, right? In other words, that would significantly delay any possible launch of service for Globalstar. It would take a lot of other launches to get those 36 sats in orbit.

I'm not saying it will, just trying to pin down how bad it would be if it did. It sounds to me like a 6 month to a year delay in start of service.
