DJ: I've heard the rumor but haven't had any verification as yet. I have heard that the BK judge is getting riled w/the legal firm presently handling the case as they supposedly haven't come up with anything that is of substance other then huge bills which are sucking the PNI estate dry! As far as the Cal suit, my understanding of the rumor is that they are going after Kennedy Capital & probably others. Regards, Dennis
