If I understand the JV Web deal, it's far from worthless! a new deal with NO FLOAT (except LS dividend) and lots of new opportunity means $$$ opportunity. you might want to look at it closer before you come to any conclusions. Bigscore PS. the only float is the CHIP shareholders what do you guys want to do?
