[COWLES] His importance to TAVA is underestimated IMO I think hiring Rick Cowles is underestimated by the investment community. This man has a tremendous exposure in the whole utility and y2k industry. You find links to his www.euy2k.com site all over the web... (found 60+ links just using altavista; there must be a lot more links just hiding behind company firewalls) I just found one at the new federal www.y2k.com site (Clinton's y2k site so to speak ;-)).
