David, they didn't lick it off the street. <VBG> I have seen that methodology for warrants used many times before. It provides many options and maintains investor interest. What's neat is that the warrants are free trading, one can sometimes play those for more leverage than the common. While I don't particularly care for the loss of mining focus, the deal the company put together shows real creativity and is one of the slickest methods to bring funding to a jr mining operation I've seen in a long time. There just isn't any conventional funding for a desert dirt, this solves a number of problems. Who knows, as Bigscore suggests, the internet marketing operation could be a real winner. Have you seen how some of those dead head internet plays have moved? I guess I'm warming up to this, or maybe it's just the Molsons. <VBG>
