Be Careful! I lost a lot of money in an investment with some Russian Scientists working on Diamond Film Deposition processes and have some knowledge of the material science involved in Nuke's business. These patents are not worth a lot of money until millions in development are spent. What are the terms of the royalty agreement in place? Does Nuke have to wait for development expences are repaid? The scientific staff listed on the website seem a little weak compared with the staff on board many of their competitors! I hae a great deal of scepticism about research results coming from former Russian controled research organizations. They may get pumped up in the short term but be ready to jump ship quickly. Too much risk for me!
