I agree that this stock is undiscovered. The company has turned the corner. Occupancy rates are starting to rise. Adovcat has installed a new information system which will help them significantly. Receivables are low and it is trading at a depressed valuation. This company was slugging out 24-25 cents a quarter in late 1996 and early 1997 until they ran into some Alabama regulator issues in two homes. Since then they have resolved the issues at those facilities. With the stock trading below $9 it is trading at less than 9 times earnings on a conservative $1.00 estimate in 1999. This is cheap! There is only about 5 million shares outstanding so it won't take much to move it when Wall Street starts following it again shortly. I could see this stock doubling within a year.
