Bigscore, My post was based on historical phenomena. IMO the only thing the people running this company have been successful at in the past is spending money that doesn't belong to them. However, I'll go with your views since there is little down side left at $.20, at least until tax time write offs. What I found humorous in the press release (in a sadistic sort of way) was, "LS Capital provided operating guidance, high value-added management involvement, and a small amount of capital to JVWeb." I believe they should have left this sentence out if they were attempting to impart confidence in the spin off. It's nice to see that some still rally behind this company. WFS
