Henry, you made me double check, and here is what I think is the relevant paragraph from Seragen's most recent 10K (that's the only mention of Novartis in this document): Novartis In March 1996, the Company entered into a license agreement with Novartis, formerly Sandoz Pharmaceutical, Limited, whereby the Company granted Novartis a non-exclusive sub-license of certain patents in exchange for a $1.5 million non-refundable payment. Under the terms of the license agreement, beginning on January 1, 2001 Novartis will be required to pay a 0.75% royalty on the net sales price of licensed products that are sold under the sub-license agreement. The agreement is to remain in effect until expiration of the Company's licensed patents, or earlier upon termination as defined.
