Jan, I've been watching QWST which has had a great run and looks like it wants to keep on running. Can you give me some help on how to read the RS. It is in a column of X's with a reading of 4.18. What does this mean in relation to the market? Is this a scale? Does this mean its going up 40% faster than the market? How do I use this measure and what should I be looking for? Only buy stocks that are ? or better???.Thanks
