Jeff I think I am one of the few on the thread who have never said a bad word about Mr Gruder. I don't know how leases on property works in the US but I would not let a company's tenure markedly move my opinion on investment. As for change, that is what the IT industry is and always has been about. The problem for first time investors is that they don't always realise it and therefore get burnt. In IT you work on the 8:10 rule. Invest in 10 companies, 8 will go South, but the two that don't will make you stacks more than leaving the money on deposit. CharlieBoy
