Larry, I understand the long term development of LS Capital is to become a holding company is a diversified portfolio of spin-off entities and subsidiaries.

Rather than take one kick at the can, the company wants to have lots of pokers in the fire.

Bigscore is a large shareholder in many companies including LS Capital and is an associate of Jay Taylor's but is not directly involved or on payroll with either.
