Please go back to the S3 and the S3A and tell us whether you can see the increase of the 37,500 shares. I did not say Volpe must be a law firm, even if it is a investment banker, why they would get these shares. Do we think the list with a lot of selling parties of 2000-5000 a questionable, do you guys truly believe they are all the shareholders of Uni Precision and ABCN or other acquired companies? Or we just do not want to find out the fact that the company is running low of cash level? I would rather you guys argue that such a little prospective company should have used up all its money so they have to pay all its executives and service company by shares, and I would not be surprised to have another million shares S3 in next quarter.
When you want to point out that I do not know what I am talking about, make sure you know what you are talking about. Whether I can remember or know Volpe is not the issue, why the company have to pay the shares are the issue.
