Uni Precision and ABCN or other acquired companies?<<

Well, I do. Many of these people are still with the company. Some that are gone were laid-off when FIBR closed a unit last year. They had already left before these shares were even authorized. This is really not a lot of shares when you look at how many purchases were involved.

The only thing I question is the 37K to Volpe. If they have been paid does that mean they have DONE something. I know they were hired to "Explore strategic alternatives including the possible sale of a unit or units of the company". So, did they "increase shareholder value"? I hope they had more to offer than the idea of that CC a couple of weeks ago. I think compensation for these kinds of arrangements are usually based on results, at least partly. If they have been paid I would expect to see some sign of those results soon. Actually, I hope we owe them more than $141K. This would be a pretty small fee considering the gap between the current price of the stock and the value of the technology in the right hands.

I believe the company is in the right hands now. So my expectations from Volpe are pretty high.
