Peter, I noticed Pohang (PKX) issued more GDR's today at a 23.6% premium to the domestic price. I understand the restriction on foreign purchases of Korean stock is being eased soon. I thought the prospectus should have some discussion of this and what the consequences will be to GDR holders, but I've been unable to locate filings on EDGAR. Any ideas?
