Hi Ralph. Yeah I was part of the OVIS thing... it was quite different though in that the company didn't have any fundamentals worth spit. While the management was telling us that the company was doing about 1MM in revenues a month, when the 8K came out for the merger with Rocky Mountain they gave a combined financial statement for both companies showing revenues of about $250,000 for the entire year. Anyway, I do believe that a short position may exist but I get leary when people focus on it as a reason to buy the stock... probably due to my OVIS experience. The big difference here is the audited financials showing that this company is still quite undervalued even if there is no short position. The "short position" stories serve one purpose in my mind... they make shareholders less willing to sell for a 30% or 40% profit and makes them believe that the stock will go much higher. Since we have most of the float tied up, we see the "OVIS effect" which pushes the stock higher and faster than I suspect it would have without the rumors of a short squeeze. Anyway, all this rambling is simply to say that I bought this on fundamentals. If the short squeeze is real, cool. If it isn't, the psychological effects of the rumors on investors will work in our favor. Even if we are left with nothing but fundamentals though, this company is fantastic!
