George! Good Buddy!! Well there will be very soon. The 10K is being audited and the $10MM investor is to come thru next week. RMIL has other avenues for financing if the investor is not able to fulfill it's obligation on time again. Today we discovered another 300K share investor who is calling his shares into Name form and the table is being set!! Dust off those certs George!! We'll be rockin' very soon! Pugs
