Good Evening Everyone,
I just received a phone call from Joe Murphy and was very excited to
hear what he had to say. Let me share a few things with you.
First of all, I was correct in my letter of last week. The Annual
Shareholder's Meeting will be held toward the latter part of July and
there is a very good chance that it will be held in Florida.
Joe just arrived back from Chicago and told me that DCI was able to
raise $20 Million. Details will be worked out on the structuring but
promised me it would be structured to the ultimate benefit of his
shareholders. Big people are getting very interested in what DCI has
planned.
Cyberfax will be generating very good numbers in the current quarter.
There are plans to spin-off Cyberfax in the not too distant future and
Joe made it very clear to me that shareholders would receive pre-spinoff
shares of Cyberfax based on a yet to be determined ratio. He told me
that it was us (the shareholders) that have given him the opportunity to
acquire companies such as Cyberfax and he will make sure that we will
reap the rewards for our loyalty. I know of other companies that do not
consider shareholders in these types of matters.
Also, the 8-K that was filed on EDGE today was great and very surprising
but guess what?---Mr. Gross, President & COO of EDGE just signed a major
deal today that will add significantly more to the bottom line. I don't
know the details but I'm sure we will hear about it.
Getting back to Cyberfax and the probable spinoff. Joe told me he would
be dealing with top tier people in regards to this, i.e. Bear-Stearns,
etc..
The next couple of months are going to be very exciting. Joe was
bursting at the seams. He told me to relax and enjoy the the upcoming
news in the near-term.
