If you take a look at recent PC market share, HWP as seen the largest increase, and CPQ actually for the first time in a long time saw a decline, and that's with cheaper PC's on the market. As far as margins are concerned, Why WHy WHY would margins be improving? Regardless of whether or not the inventory problem is being corrected(I think its no where near resolved, as we will see in the future), the trend is clearly towards cheaper PC's, and I see a lack of ability by the box makers to raise prices....PC's are a commodity, like a can of corn....
