David: I just got off the phone a couple of minutes before my post with the customer service rep from NDB, who told me they DO charge the extra one cent per share over 5000 for penny stocks. I specifically asked that question about "listed" vs "penny stocks". I hope he just gave me bad info - didn't sound like he knew a whole lot anyway. He had to keep checking with someone else every time I asked a question. Do you or anyone else out there have an account with National Discount Brokers, who can confirm this one way or the other? Bill
