I have seen the brochure and agree with your conclusions...the Magicom is a solution in desparate need of a problem. Fax technology...even with the Epaper twist...is not going to generate much excitement. And a MSRP of $1500 will scare away the few customers who actually need something like this.

The only real question is how long before reality sets in and the stock sinks to a rational level...about $.50 by my estimation. They won't have to file a 10Q covering the current quarter for 4 months and won't issue any press releases unless they can somehow drum up some big orders...which seems unlikely. They will keep the rumor mill working but the longs are already getting nervous judging by the volitility in the stock. My guess is the selloff will be starting before the end of the year...but who knows...they've managed to keep this company going for 15 years without any results.
