I would like to withdraw my comments on Volpe shares, I understand what they have done to the company even through some of us (including myself) do not like another floorless convertible debt. If First Boston buys Osicom common shares or loan them some additional credit line as a part of this deal, it will show more supportive.

Let us see the Form 8K.
