Darci, Thanx for reply. What a hoot! The phone was ringing in the background for me, too! What could they want the time for? Why stall? Why the mystery? This has me baffled. Any other speculators? Hal did say one more thing; he volunteered that Cist was bankrupt 5 yrs ago. Dunno why he mentioned it. Unless they are considering doing it again? Don't they have to wait 7 yrs? I am not an attorney so don't know. I'd chip in $10 to get the records; anyone else interested? Best, Greg
