John, thanks for your response. I really don't think that today's action is related to tomorrow's triple witching action. Nor, to the fact that earnings will be released next week. I think the big money managers are starting to get nervous. Let's face it, by any measure, this stock is way over valued. I think that the "risk" is now growing faster than the "reward". Also, lets not forget that there are market related events, not directly related to Dell, that can have a negative impact on the stock. By the way, I am long on DELL. I know that I sound like a bear, but am still a bull. Stock Bull
