Reffering to BA deployment it sounded more like this to me: " high probability for large deviation and could be positive" But once again sounded like he was speculating a little and would be 6-12 months. This last sentence was my impression. As we all have seen, long time coming to fruition. Maybe the ball will start rolling, hard to move a square ball though.
