My question is about the financing used to acquire Myriad as stated by Arif. The financing was announced previously: biz.yahoo.com What are the terms of the financing? What is the effective cost of each share issued for the financing? Share buybacks were told to occur in the 0.40 and 0.50 range, I hope the financing was done for AT LEAST that much (although I am skeptical). Not AT ALL trying to bash. Just want the facts so that we can ALL make informed investment decisions. later, leroyt
