Basically this a lot of crap as every implementation of a Java client that I have seen has been platform dependent. There are thousands of Java Applets that Mac owners cannot use because they are only written for Unix and Windows/NT. The idea of a universal client which is the other half of the Java equation is pure fantasy at this point. If you guys who are so busy criticizing MSFT would use a competing product you would really know how dumb some of the criticisms offered really are. If your so upset about MSFT go buy a Mac or a Solaris Workstation. If MSFT has you handcuffed there is always the alternative of another OS which to me has been superior all along. JFD
