I have re-evaluated this situation and decided not to sell.As a matter of fact I may continue to accumulate based on the fact that the lawsuit despite taking time will assure a much higher settlement than was originally asked.WWS are not likelly to receive the full amount but if the Kazaks want to gamble and proceed to the end with this lawsuit it will cost them dearly and this is why despite some poor decisions by management there is tremendous upside at this stage.My guess is that Kaz will suddenly see the light and settle within 2 months.But I actually hope they are stupid enough to risk going all the way because settlement could be about $75million.
