Plenum has served as the vehicle for raising capital to fund the
development and expansion of LION through a series of private
placements. Plenum has authorized capital of 50 million shares of which 19,500,000 common shares are issued and outstanding. 11,424,490 are restricted from trading subject to a holding period. Roughly half of the outstanding shares are closely held.
