Personally, I haven't paid too much attention to near-term earnings projections. To me, the main things that count, at this time, are NDA's and clinical tests.
Even this upcoming earnings report, to me, is almost a non-event. The analysts probably have known what it's going to look like for quite a while, since it is not based on any product revenues. What I am waiting for, is what Robinson has to say in the press release.
The name of the game is NDA's and clinicals. Of course, milestone payments fuel LGND's boilers, but H&Q's original estimates were just way out of line, IMHO.
