My broker told me that at the last report (April) XYBR had a mere 33,252 shares short.
IMHO, what we saw today was a classic "dog pile" in the market, with some serious momentum work, in waves.
Of course, Joe was the real icing on the cake.
Thanks, Joe, for making the finish of the day.
Most scenarios go with daytraders selling in the last hour to half-hour to go flat for the day. But with Joe's commentary 20 minutes before the close, things just went ballistic: Two or three million shares in that last 20 minute period, if my memory serves me.
The stock is in a classic catch-up situation. I hope the CEO is charismatic, forthright, and engages the viewer's sense of the possibilities.
