OFF TOPIC: Got an E-Trade account a few weeks ago - 19.95 for limit orders, no extra for BB stocks (there is a charge for "listed" stocks over 5000 volume). Seems to be OK. Just got level II and the execution on E-Trade seemed to be fairly fast, but the confirmation was somewhat slower (I put a limit order in on MSFT, looked for a confirmation message... didn't have the confirmation yet... tried to change limit price... took the change... then confirmed with original price, canceling change order)
