Not taking sides with or against CEPH. Just pointing out the FDA gave their response at 7pm on the last day they could. Why not several months ago so people with ALS didn't have false hope for those months? Insofar as I can tell, the ALS society appears anxious to have the drug made available. The whole episode seems like a personal matter where the FDA is going to show the companies who's boss instead of worrying about the patient base. Hardly what one would expect of mature people.
