Denis, Doesn't sound like any of the principals are doing any of the selling... just 700,00 new shares to be issued by the company to raise some new equity capital.. The other shares in the announcement were part of Dupont's continuing divestiture of DPMI...so nothning new about that. There will be another chunk next year. But, I hope, no more new DPMI sales. I'd rather see the opposite -- share buybacks. TSO
