Can we compare the $200,000 order ULBI got from the Army to the $1 million VLNC and Alliant Technolog. got from the Navy more than a year ago for their combined effort for the submarine batteries?
I don't know what ever happened after that, if I remember Alliance Tech. was the one to do most of the work and Valence was going to share on the profits if they succeded on the research
