It's a small but very profitable world. I worked with First Boston for many years as a client. They are one of the most thorough due diligence companies on the street. In my employer company (even 20 years ago more than $5 billion in sales and now more than $15 billion in sales) they would only syndicate (sell to others) but with Osicom as I read the press release they are through their wholly owned subsidiary an investor. Most unusual and most bullish for Osicom. Obviously, the First Boston professionals see a major play on the long side for Osicom! I wonder if this alone will give the company the credibility to head to the teens and stay there!! We'll see but I feel really constructive about this commitment!!!!
