Todays RSI 13 Market Watch After breaking out of the downtrend yesterday, both SP500 and Dow appear to have formed lower highs, thus forming a new set of downtrend lines, less steep, and an uptrend line still intact that will form support of some sort. This "breakout" contrasts sharply with that of 1/28/98, when volume kicked in and the A/D line also broke out. Now the A/D is below its moving averages. Ocote
