Scott and all, I'd like to see the terms of the deal before deciding whether it is good or bad news. It's easy to make money with a floorless convertible regardless of a company's prospects. Either way, Osicom must definitely think this is positive news judging by the news release. They could have easily just filed the S-3 and went about their business. It is nice to know that a top rate company is at least dealing with Osicom stock though! Grant
