Duane, although I am not concerned with the small share increase, I am wondering why there is any. They have a $100 million unused line of credit with DuPont at a very favorable rate. I suspect that DPMI may have concluded that this is a decent price to raise equity capital (whereas $25 would not have been).

It was nice to see the company identify what we discuss here on this thread.
