Being able to copy does not equal having the will to copy. Dell's distinction is a drive to sell the best stuff available at a given time for a good price with excellent support. No one else succeeds anywhere near as well at putting these pieces together. Yes, technology is easy to copy. Attitudes, on the other hand, are more persistent.
