Thanks for starting this thread, the other has become useless as a forum for sharing information.

I did speak with Arif this week, Ira has been away as he indicated in the last conference call. Arif knows the business side of things, but does not have a good handle on financial terminology. That's not unusual and is okay, that's Ira's area. He does not understand the difference between "shares outstanding" and "public float" (though I think he will soon). As a result, I wouldn't worry too much about the 48MM/48MM issue. Ira will have to clarify that, and I wish he would do it soon to end this pointless speculation.
