Ernie, I'll meet you half way on this one, in that I figure we have a chance of getting DCI sold this year but I am not counting on it either. In the long run, does it really matter anyway? I mean there are people that lock their money up knowing they will see less than a 6% return on that "investment", with what is potentially waiting at the end of this tunnel for all that hold, 6 months or 12 months so what?
