Thanks Jeff. This is a very aggressive company, with some deep Japanese pockets. I suspect an ambitious Pacific Rim strategy. But yes you're right--it won't happen overnight. I'm in on this one--I think it is an era of consolidating networks (BT-MCI...WCOM-MFST). You never know how long you have to wait for these kind of negative cash flow companies. It's all a judgment call, but yes sometimes you can put your money to quicker use. L8R Diana
