Premier,

I am not a Lawyer however I oversee the Class Action Lawsuits for my company . In summary most suits are settled for substantially less then what the Class is suing for ( around 10 cents on the dollar and this is a very general estimate).
As for a time frame , they usually take at least 2 years to be resolved if the suit is settled without going to court , and much longer if it drags on in court. On the surface I would say the Oxford suit will probably be settled for much more then 10 cents on the dollar because there appears to be fraud. Insurance will cover a large portion.
