You called me and relayed to me that Ryan told you about MEGH and you had bought in. You then asked me about the details and I told you it was a GaBard long and the 100,000 JV with China. You also said you had told some friends and I relayed to you that I hoped they were investors-long term. Sorry for your lost, but this stock is a long and hope your friends benefit. Time will tell the tale.

Here are the facts as I know them:
1- Stock sitting at .03 and started to move (which hit GaBards alart)
2- When it hit a double+ Gabard started buying and told everyone in his IRC channel.
3- Gabard had already knew there was a JV for 100,000 for China
4- He knew ESCO was bankrupt.(everybody knows he follows bankrupt sleepers that are fully reporting.)
5- 34 144's were filed (why at .03? - There has to be something coming?)
6- The last two days -more 144's Why, what are they going to be selling into?
7- 144's can be registered but must have the restriction lifted to be
sold.
8- If the restriction is lifted--where is the 10K?
9- Rule 144 of SEC states after the time period has expired, people are allowed to sell portion of that stock( 1% of the volume during a 90 day period-to protect the stock)
10-Since you can only sell 1% over 90 days-apparently there will be some movement, one would think
11-100% speculation, But logical.
