I appreciate & completely agree with your statement regarding
"disrespect" and "disagree".

I would also agree that abuses of the past laid the groundwork
for the introduction of the SOES system. In that respect, yes,
Dr. Frankenstein at the very least contributed to creating the
environment that allowed the monster to be born.

My personal concern, (and I believe what will soon be the concern of
most individuals), are the recent rules imposed by the SEC on the
NASDAQ system as part of their "settlement" with the NASD regarding
the alleged failure of the NASD to adequately supervise the NASDAQ
system. In the SEC report, it flat out DENIES the very existence
of "SOES bandits."

While we may disagree on certain points, at least we both have agreed
that there is a monster. The SEC has not even admitted that! Perhaps
they have adopted the typical Government view that the entire thing
is just "swamp gas misinterpreted by us hysterical uneducated masses."

Regards,

Doug
