Yes I would, and I am investing in Russia. (VIP).
Russia may now have problems, but Russia is one of the political
leading states in the world. That is the difference to Asia!
(Except China). And that is the reason why the world would not
let Russia go down further.

I think in 20 years or so Russia might have the same standart
as Europe.
