Think that QWST's moves could be seriously cutting into LVLT's future potential. bloomberg.com (part that is on QWST). If QWST is able to lock in deals to provide LD for the baby bells, than who is LVLT going to sell to? Sure, still demand for the capacity they are building, but it looks like QWST is a few steps ahead of LVLT and taking major advantage of it. I am still negative on LVLT until i see postitve developements and positive stock action. I do not currently owns any LVLT. LArrry
