I did some following up on the consolidation last week. When I called and asked MKD about it, they said they're going ahead with the financing without consolidating the stock. That's not to say they won't consolidate; it'll just happen later. I'm not sure why they changed their minds about it.

Maybe I'll call them tomorrow and see what the status is with their upcoming news release and when we can expect to hear about it.
